Give your block of butter some elegance by shaping it with this edelweiss butter mould. Perfect for special occasions when you have a block of butter out on the table at meal times or when you have a delicious spread of crusty bread, cheese and cold meats.
To ensure the mould releases the butter either soak the mould in water first or place in the freezer for 30 minutes before adding the butter and then chill for 40-50 minutes. The butter should slide out.
