We hope you’re delighted every time you receive an order from Italian Cookshop. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy, don’t worry, we’re here to help.
You can return any item in its original condition to us for free (UK customers) within 30 days of receiving.

How to Return
Please contact us via our contact form or email hello@italiancookshop.com with your name, order number and reason for return, and we will send you a shipping label from one of our authorised carriers.
We ensure that every order is checked before posting. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know and we can arrange a free replacement or return.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition they were received.
Please include your name and order number in the parcel with any returned items.
If exchanging an item please include all details inside the parcel. We may contact you if we need to clarify anything before shipping.
We will issue the refund back to your original payment card within 5 working days of receiving the return, and send you a refund notification.
International customers
For international orders, please contact us as above. In most cases you are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the order arrives incorrect, faulty or damaged.
