We offer standard and express postal options.  Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

The postage charges quoted above apply to delivery to the United Kingdom.

We offer a 'next working day' service for items ordered before 12pm on a working day. This will either be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative courier service.  Please choose the 'Express Delivery' option at checkout.

Residents of the Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands of Scotland: Please note that next day delivery using the Express service is not guaranteed to these areas, or may incur an additional cost.  In this circumstance, please enquire with us before proceeding with your purchase.

To find an accurate price for international delivery, please use our 'Get Shipping Estimates' shipping calculator which can be found at the bottom of your shopping cart.

• Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
• Fill in the country to be delivered to and zip/postal code.
• The shipping calculator will find the weights of the items and give you the shipping price.

Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

We are also unable to send a few of our very large and heavy items overseas due to shipping restrictions. Please see individual product descriptions for exceptions.

30 DAYS FREE RETURNS

If you change your mind after receiving your order, UK customers can return new and unused items for free anytime within 30 days of receipt.  If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below.

If on the rare occasion your order is faulty, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve any issues.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

UNITED KINGDOM

1. Contact us at hello@italiancookshop.com with your order number and reason for return. 
2. Once authorised we will email you a printable pre-paid FREEPOST label.
3. Package the order up securely and attach the FREEPOST label to the front of the package.
4. Please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office when posting.
5. Upon receipt of the return we will send you an acknowledgement email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 2 working days.  Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.

INTERNATIONAL

1. Contact us at hello@italiancookshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a Returns Number (RMA Number) to put on the front of the parcel to return.
3. Fill out your reason for return on the back of the delivery note.
4. Enclose the delivery note with the product and package up securely.
5. Please address to Returns, 45 Birch Crescent, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6TZ, United Kingdom and obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office.
6. Upon receipt of the order we will send you an email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 2 working days. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.
