Pizzelle Italian Waffle Cookie Stamp Iron with Wooden Cone
The traditional and old fashioned way to make 'Pizzelle' or Italian waffle biscuits. This pizzelle maker creates thin, wafer biscuits with a star pattern on one side and a flower on the other.
A mixture of eggs, butter, sugar and flour is made into a batter and spread onto the pizzelle iron. The iron is then placed directly on the heat source to cook, flipping occasionally to ensure cooking on both sides are even.
Once the wafer is golden brown quickly use the wooden cone to shape. When the wafer has cooled, fill with whipped cream and strawberries, jam, chocolate or cannoli fillings.
Pizzelle set comes with a recipe on the outer packaging.
