Create traditional ridges on potato gnocchi with this wooden furrowed board. Once you have cut your gnocchi into small pieces roll them gently on the board to leave the ribbed imprints.
This board can also be used for garganelli (penne style tubes) or other pasta shapes such as malloreddus (sea shell style).
