Elegantly designed and made solely from solid brass, this pasta cutter with a wheel at either end, is a joy to use.
At one end, the larger wheel has a zigzag thickness of 5mm and the smaller wheel at the other, has a thickness of 3mm providing you with a choice of edge finish. The smaller wheel with 3mm edge, is ideal for small cappelletti and the larger 5mm edge, for big raviolo.
The wheels are intricately shaped to produce a sharp cutting edge and combined with the weight of the brass, creates a pasta tool that cuts easily and effortlessly.
The festooned or fluted wheel creates a very well defined and neat zigzag pattern that gives your pasta shapes and ravioli a professional finish. The cutter seals fresh pasta edges well when creating shapes such as agnolotti.
A must have for the professional pastaio and a truly timeless piece that will be passed down through the generations.

Not dishwasher safe. To clean, leave pasta to dry on the wheels before brushing off. To polish try lemon juice and baking powder or vinegar for shine.
