A solid, beechwood cavarola or rigagnocchi board that has an intricate, engraved pattern on its surface. Rolling fresh pasta dough along its surface will transfer the design and create a 3D embossed texture to the dough's surface. Use it just like a classic gnocchi board to create garganelli, gnocchi, cavatelli and other fresh pasta shapes.
The cavarola board is easy to grip with its large, cut-out circle handle and can also be hung on a hook. The board has an angled edge allowing you to tilt the board when making gnocchi.

Wash the product before using it for the first time. Do not wash in the dishwasher. After use, wash the product with plenty of water with the help of a brush. It is a natural wood product, which is why its colour and shape may vary over time.

Each item is scrutinised before being sent. We only send items that reach our quality standards. Wooden items, such as handles, might feel a bit rough from the manufacturer. Our team in the UK hand sand some of these items to make sure the item is at its best.

We hope to do our bit for the environment and reduce plastic waste. Most of our packaging is paper based and is non-laminated, which can be easily recycled or composted at home.
We aim to reuse materials and packaging where possible and this is usually the only plastic you will find in your parcel. This plastic protection can also be recycled.
