Handmade in Tuscany, these delightful pastries use traditional methods taking care to ensure a delicious homemade quality.

Perfect with a cup of coffee and as an afternoon treat.

These artisanal pastries are baked by Bristot, a pasticceria based in San Gimignano, a walled medieval town in Tuscany. Since 1957, Bristot have been dedicated to running this very traditional bakery to bring the genuine taste of authentic Tuscan products.

As these pastries are artisan baked, they naturally do not have a long shelf life and are best enjoyed as soon as possible for freshness.

 

Ingredients 

Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable oil-palm and rapeseed oil), water, concentrated butter 2%, whey powder, salt, emulsifier E471, Soy and sunflower lecithin, honey, aromas, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidifier: citric acid, colourant: beta- carotene), sugar, eggs, rice meal, leavening agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate). Whey powder, honey, salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavours Apricot and Cherry jam 25% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot and cherry puree 45%, sugar, gelling agent pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours)

It may contain traces of nuts (almonds).

Minimum shelf life of 2 weeks unless indicated otherwise.

A sneak peek to show you how we package up our parcels.

Each item is scrutinised before being sent. We only send items that reach our quality standards. Wooden items, such as handles, might feel a bit rough from the manufacturer. Our team in the UK hand sand some of these items to make sure the item is at its best.

We hand wrap delicate items before sending them to you to ensure they are protected and reach you in perfect condition. We don't believe in excessive packaging and believe the tools speak for themselves.

We hope to do our bit for the environment and reduce plastic waste. Most of our packaging is paper based and is non-laminated, which can be easily recycled or composted at home.

We aim to reuse materials and packaging where possible and this is usually the only plastic you will find in your parcel. This plastic protection can also be recycled.
