A stunning brass stamp with sprung automatic ejector and beechwood handle. This stamp is perfect for cutting discs of dough when making tigelle and can also be used to cuts perfect circles from pasta dough, pastry and biscuit dough.
Tigelle are a type of flat bread that are filled with a variety of fillings such as cured meat, cheese, pesto etc. Originating from Emilia-Romagna, they are a delicious, ancient street food that get their name from the round, clay tiles that were used to make them.
These stamps are handmade from heavy brass and engineered to have a sharp and clean cutting edge. The automatic ejector is made from a durable non-stick white plastic.
