A lovely, brass stamp with sprung automatic ejector and beechwood handle. It cuts perfect circles with a zigzag edge from pasta dough, pastry and biscuit dough with ease and elegance.
These stamps are handmade from heavy brass and engineered to have a sharp and clean cutting edge. The automatic ejector is made from a durable, non-stick, white plastic that is slightly domed.
Use to create perfect large anolini or ravioli.

We aim to reuse materials and packaging where possible and this is usually the only plastic you will find in your parcel. This plastic protection can also be recycled.
