Aluminium Ice Shaver Planer for Granita

A manual hand held ice shaver that can be used for making granitas.

To use:

1. Lift up lid flap to expose the blade inside.
2. Loosen winged nut on the back to enable the blade to move up and down.
3. Choose the height of the blade and tighten the winged nut. The lower the blade, the thicker the slice.
4. Use like a planer and push the shaver forward on the block of ice to create ice shavings.
5. Place ice shavings in a bowl ready for using in cocktails, drinks and desserts.
